Nairn Constructions were contracted by the Queensland Government to construct the new 8×2 bedroom Public Housing apartment complex on Little Cavendish Road, Mt Gravatt East.  This housing development included 3 seperate buildings containing semi-adaptable and adaptable apartments, covered vehicle parking areas and communal recreational areas.
